Special prizes	Each winner receives 500 USDT. Winners can receive both a main prize and a special prize. Best x402 application: The most creative agentic payment use case. Most active agent: The agent with the most legitimate txns using Onchain OS API. Best MCP integration: The project that best integrates MCP skills from Onchain OS with X Layer. Best economy loop: The best agentic earn-pay-earn cycle.

Requirements

Mandatory:

At least one part of your project is built on X Layer.
Create an Agentic Wallet as your project’s onchain identity. If multiple agents are deployed, clarify their roles in README.
Use at least one core module from Onchain OS skills or Uniswap skills.
Push code to a public GitHub repo and provide a README file with the following: project intro, architecture overview, deployment address, Onchain OS/Uniswap skill usage, working mechanics, team members, project positioning in the X Layer ecosystem.
Submit the project via

Bonus:

Record a demo between 1 and 3 minutes, demonstrating your product’s functions and interactive process. Upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and provide a public link to the video in the submission form.
Post a project intro on X with #XLayerHackathon. We recommend tagging @XLayerOfficial. Include your project name, images or videos, and provide the post link in the submission form.

Rules

Each project is scored by two panels in parallel: AI agent judges (quantitative) and human judges (qualitative). Scores are weighted and combined to determine the final ranking.

Panels	Evaluation methods

Agent judges	OKX Agents automatically scan submitted GitHub repos and onchain transaction history to assess code structure, integration depth with Onchain OS/Uniswap skills, and participation in the X Layer’s ecosystem. Results are compiled into a quantitative report used as the scoring basis.
Human judges	OKX’s internal technical experts and external industry judges review and score projects based on the agent judges’ scores.

Scoring weights	Criteria

Onchain OS/Uniswap integration and innovation (25%)	How creatively and effectively the project uses Onchain OS skills or Uniswap skills.
X Layer ecosystem integration (25%)	How well the project integrates with the X Layer ecosystem and addresses real use cases.
AI interactive experience (25%)	How well the project uses AI skills to create an intuitive user experience.
Product completeness (25%)	The performance, core flow fluidity, and practicality of the product.
